These terms cover use of Bookings, a private scheduling tool for our own team and the people they book calls with.
Who may use it
Staff accounts are issued by us and are personal. Booking links are issued to individual team members and are not to be shared or published. We can withdraw either at any time.
Booking someone in
Anyone using a booking link confirms that the person being booked knows about the call and has agreed to be contacted about it. Do not enter details for someone who has not agreed.
What we provide
We aim to keep the hub available and accurate, but it is provided as is. Calendar invites, video links and reminders depend on Google and on email delivery, so we cannot guarantee that every message arrives. Check the hub if a call matters.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access bookings that are not yours, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to contact people who have not agreed to be contacted.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the hub, including a missed or mis-timed call.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed.
