Bookings is a private booking tool. It exists so that our team can schedule calls and so the people we speak to get a calendar invite, a video link and reminders.
What we collect
For a person being booked onto a call: name, email address, and optionally phone number, country, how they came to us, and notes written by the person booking them. For a member of our team: name, email address, and the bookings credited to them.
Google account data
When the account that runs this hub connects Google, we ask for access to Google Calendar only. We use it to read free and busy times on the calendars chosen in Settings, and to create, update and cancel the calendar events for booked calls, each with a Google Meet link. We do not read the contents of any other event, and we do not use Google data for advertising, profiling, or to train any model. We store only the access and refresh tokens needed to keep doing that, and the calendar identifiers selected. Disconnecting Google in Settings deletes those tokens.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who else sees it
Our hosting, database and email providers process this data on our behalf so the service can run. We do not sell it and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while they are useful for running and reporting on calls, and deleted on request.
Your choices
Anyone can ask us for a copy of what we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every booking email carries a link to view or cancel that booking.
